Soul Focused Healing Guided Meditations

Soul Focused Healing is a modality that I learned from Deborah Mills, an extraordinary healer, teacher and dear friend in my life. After years of being in classes and meditations with her I began to lead these on my own.

This meditation is a journey that takes us into a deep exploration of our energy bodies through the basic chakra system and into our higher chakras and our higher dimensional selves. As we navigate with our breath through our entire central channel, we release congestion and blockages,and open and expand to receive our own higher dimensional frequencies which we then can merge with our lower aspects to cleanse, nourish and balance ourselves. We can then radiate this energy for cleansing, healing and positive manifestation to the world around us. I offer sessions on a monthly basis and from start to finish is usually 1 1/2 hours.
